Pullinger Management LLC


Ms. Pullinger founded Pullinger Management in 2006 to provide strategic management primarily to not for profit organizations. Specific areas of expertise include developing and managing volunteer resources, event planning, corporate fundraising and developing tools to create a sustainable organizational infrastructure.


She is currently CEO of 100 Women in Finance (previously 100 Women in Hedge Funds), a global association of more than 15,000 professionals in the financial services industry.  100WF has hosted over 700 industry education events globally, connected over 400 senior women through Peer Advisory Groups and raised more than $40 million for philanthropic causes. With a global staff team of seven, she manages the operations of 22 locations globally, oversees 500 active volunteer committee members, and three Boards within the 100WF global organization. 


Ms. Pullinger has consulted to the American Red Cross of Greater New York, where she co-founded and managed the Centennial Circle, a women’s leadership group focused on building support and necessary funds for preparedness training and volunteering in at- risk neighborhoods in New York.


She also worked with Brasenose College, Oxford University on their 500th Anniversary celebrations and ongoing alumni initiatives.


Before setting up Pullinger Management, Ms. Pullinger was a Partner for seven years at Aquamarine Capital, responsible for managing marketing, investor relations and back office administration for two private investment funds.


Prior to Aquamarine, she worked in a number of diverse industries, conducting business and strategic marketing analysis. From 1987-89, she worked in London for Exel plc’s environmental division, conducting acquisition analysis in the UK and Europe, and was subsequently transferred to the US to conduct similar analysis for a US subsidiary company from 1989-1991.  From 1991-94, she worked for the Lefton Company, a Philadelphia-based marketing and ad agency, and from 1995-99, she worked at Giles & Ransome. She was responsible for strategic marketing development at Unisys Corporation, from 1999-2000.


Not for Profit Boards 

Ms. Pullinger serves as Chairman of The HALO Trust (www.halotrust.org) and sits on the HALO USA Board. She is also on the Oxford University Alumni Board. She was previously on the Board of SkillForce, Girls Prep, the NYU Cancer Institute and Chair of the Board of 100WHF before becoming Executive Director. She is a member of BAFTA New York and a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts.



Ms. Pullinger is a British citizen, and graduated from Brasenose, Oxford University in 1987 with an Honours Degree in Modern History. She earned an MBA from La Salle University, Philadelphia, in 1998, and received the Academic Award for MBA student of the year as well as the Beta Gamma Sigma designation. She has completed courses in preparation for the Certified Financial Planner exam.
